The NSA has more staff, than the CIA and FBI combined and they are the biggest hirer of mathematicians in the world. Combined, all American intelligence agencies spend billions of dollars. With. Seemingly little effect. Still they keep on gathering information of all sorts and analyse them. In the meantime the data-gathering broadens to facial-recognition and listening in to all kinds of conversations on every location imaginable. Even the space-station is bugged.

NSA has an “office” in Paris or Tokio, with up-to-date spying devices, computers and a staff of technicians, encryptors and analists. The Paris' location is situated on the top floor of a classic office-building and has all kinds of antenna and disks on the roof. They don't like it, when you film there or speak to people.
