MONKEY MEMO: DAILY UPDATE

In Buddhisme meditation, study and compassion are instruments to spiritually evolve and personal growth. Through periodical incarnations a human being gathers karma and insight into the real goal in life: to end suffering by breaking away from the endless cycle of death and rebirth. In this you reach nirwana, a state of eternal bliss and step into a new cycle, as a completely different being.

Death, in all its manifestations, is one of the most important, if not the most important, subject in your life and the awakened state your in.

Albert Camus, a French existentialist, artist and author, once wrote, “If you are young enough to be born, you are old enough to die”.

Study the traditions about death and the after-life. Meditate on the various aspects of death and treat animals and humans, who are confronted with this transition, with the utmost compassion.
