SiTU MUSEUM OF MYSTERIES: MOHENJO-DARO

A word of caution: the following theory is so
audacious, it sometimes offends the people I share it
with…

You see in the Indian epic, the Mahabharata, there
are numerous legends surrounding an impossibly
powerful ancient weapon.

In some chapters, this weapon is described as a shell
that sparkles with fire… but has no smoke.

Later on, its chilling effects are described as “burning
people and animal to ashes”. And “covering the sky in
darkness”.

Thousands of years later, in the early 1900s, the
discovery of Mohenjo-Daro, a decimated ancient town
in Pakistan, raised a controversial question:

Could the legends of this weapon have been true?

When modern-day scientists decided to study the
fragments of Mohenjo-Daro, the evidence they found
was impossible to ignore.
