BEYOND THE MOUNTAIN RANGE IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A VALLEY WITH A SMALL RIVER OR STREAM RUNNING THROUGH THE CENTRE PORTION. THERE SHOULD NE NO GREEN VALLEY BELOW! SOMETHING IS DEFINITIVELY WRONG AND ABNORMAL HERE. WE SHOULD BE OVER ICE AND SNOW! tO THE PORTSIDE ARE GREAT FORESTS GROWING ON THE MOUNTAINSLOPES. OUR NAVIGATION INSTRUMENTS ARE STILL SPINNING, THE GYROSCOPE IS OSCILLATING BACK AND FORTH.
10.05 h. - I ALTER ALTITUDE TO 1400 FEET AND EXECUTE A SHARP LEFT TURN TO BETTER EXAMINE THE VALLEY BELOW. THE LIGHT HERE SEEMS DIFFERENT. I CANNOT SEE THE SUN ANYMORE. WE MAKE ANOTHER LEFT TURN AND WE SPOT WHAT SEEMS TO BE A LARGE ANIMAL OF SOME KIND BELOW. IT APPEARS TO BE AN ELEPHANT. N0!!! IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A MAMOTH! THIS IS INCREDIBLE! YET THERE IS. DECREASE ALTITUDE TO A 1000 FEET AND TAKE BINOCULARS TO BETTER EXAMINE THE ANIMAL. IT IS DEFINETIVELY A MAMMOTH-LIKE ANIMAL! REPORT THIS TO BASECAMP.

met een woordenboek vertaald. Het komt waarscijnlijk uit

Antarctica levend willen houden. Militaire aanduidingen en de Tweede
Wereldoorlog is de reactie op een hakenkruis verdacht positief. Maar
het is vooral afkortingen ontbreken. 2 jaar na het einde van de
illusie, die de auteur schept, dat admiraal Byrd alleen in dat
toestel aanwezig is en alle noodzakelijke handelingen verricht. Dit
is onmogelijk. Het type toestel, dat door het Amerikaanse leger
in de Antarctica-expeditie werd gebruikt, kent minimaal 4
bemanningsleden. Deze waren allen nodig voor het vliegen, het
