On 9/11 the hijacked planes put of their transponders. This is a communication-device, that makes it possible for air-controllers to locate the plane. When it's put off (why this possible or necessary, I don't know), the Air Force should be informed. Jet fighters will take off to intercept them. Nothing of this happened. When questions were asked, it was caled a drill. This “black out” made it possible for the hijacked “planes” to reach their targets, with the well-known results.

But this situation has changed. Everybody is on high (red) alert to prevent terrorism and everything is focused on this aspect.

On an American airport a 4-year old boy's name stood on the “potential terrorist-list (aren't we all)”. Instead the boy was arrested. It escaped and ran to his mother. The mother was arrested and strip searched, because the boy-terrorist could have transferred a weapon, when his mother protected him. Tunnel-vision. Recently a charter-plane was flying from Casablanca to Amsterdam. The airport was busy and the plane had to wait. I think that the captain was entertaining his passengers by playing Moroccan Music. A couple of minutes later, two jetfighters apear. The captain calls air traffic-control and asks: “Am I hijacked?” The answer: “Are you hijacked?” Because of the music Amsterdam Airport had concluded, that the plane had been hijacked. Immediately the necessary steps were taken (in the air and on the ground!). It all was an, expensive, mistake.

On April 1^st, Foolsday, a strange object was reported in one of the harbours of L. From a distance it looked like an ancient sea mine, used in the 20-40's of the last century. It was floating peacefully on the waves. Immediately panic struck. The area was cleared and secured by the police. The mine was constantly monitored and filmed. Part of the plan is to alarm the “National Bomb Squad”, stationed 250 kilometers away. When they finally arrived, it was soon discovered that the sea-mine was a joke. It was constructed of plastic, wood and some metal strips. The mayor, responsible for the operation, instructs the police to find the “terrorists”. He will make them pay.

Experts call this “the mean world syndrome”. In the media we are bombarded by suicide-bombers, terror attacks on major cities, crime rates and the destruction of our society.

The media, politics and the economy are modeling our way of thinking in a mind frame of fear.

Here in the Netherlands the safety-quote is 98%. Most of the time and most of your life you are safe and free to act.

THERE WERE 3 CROSSES AT GOLGOTHA.

The police found the murder victim in the deserted wharehouse. His upper-torso was hanging in chains from the ceiling, the rest was laying on the floor in a meditation-like pose. Another victim of a gang-war. Cut perfectly in half by a chainsaw, while he was still alive after being tortured by electrical shocks. What a way to go at 30. The doctor says, that the dead man, would get into shock almost immediately and bleed out in seconds. What a relief. Did this Hispanic gangmember suffer? Why was he tortured and literally slaughtered. Because of the “Code”, the total devotion to the “family”, which he broke, by falling in love with an undercover cop. He warned her, that her true identity was reveiled, and that she had to run. Which the attractive police-woman did. What reasons would he have, to choose a certain death? He knew, what was coming to him. Probably punished traitors himself. Is this an example of true love? At least it is over-the-top television (CSI).

The Mongols, a medieval gang-collective on horse-back, that even threatened Europe at a time, had a special treatment for traitors. It was called “The Slow Death”. The convicted Mongol was tied to the centre pole of a nomad tent. Every morning a small piece of him would be cut of: a finger, a toe or an ear. Special torture-masters turned it into an art: keeping the traitor alive, as long as possible. Did these fellow human beings suffer?

I once visited Auschwitz. A perfect place when you study “suffering”. I was most impressed, not by the massive scale of suffering, but by the fact that representatives of human kind (the Nazi's), created a hell, within this place of horror. I don't mean the ovens or the gass-chamber, but I mean the prison of this death-camp. Every camp-prisoner had a specific number (tatoo), code and color: Jews, homo-sexuals, gypsies and political prisoners. IBM's “proto-computers” made the selection and classification easy. There was one group of prisoners, who were not numbered and who were wearing the color of death. The guards of the camps could do with them, whatever they choosed: humilation, beatings and the chance to be shot at the spot. In the end, the ended up in the prison of Auschwitz. A collection of dark cells. Here they got a special treatment of torture, beatings, medical experiments and amputations. In the end they ended up against the wall, un the prison-yard to be shot. The bullit impacts are still to be seen.

Did they suffer?

Jesus was heavenly beaten and tortured, before he was forced to carry his cross to the place of execution. Here was nailed to the cross, together with two other convicts, where he died, before the end of the day. All in all Jesus' suffering lasted 24 hours, at the most. Christians believe, that in this day, Christ washed away, all our sins. But because of miscommunication and misconduct we move away from “the Code” and we are doomed to suffer in this life and probably in the next (heaven or hell and/or endless reincarnation).

I think, we all have suffered enough and, by the way, there are millions of people, who don't suffer at all, so they think, or maybe because of lack of media exposure and invitations and in the meanwhile this Elite earns millions of dollars a week.

Jesus and all the other victims of mankind seem to illustrate that homo sapiens. is the only mammal that kills, tortures and eats its own species. It also commits genocide and mass-murder (till this very moment).

Let's make an end to this lie and doctrine, simply by relieving the suffering of your fellow-men. You have 7 billion relatives to choose from. Start today. Then the concept of suffering will slowly fade away and did Jesus' and all the others; man, woman and child, not SUFFER in vain.

DE LAATSTE DOODSTRAF IN FRIESLAND UITGEVOERD

De doodstraf werd voor Nederland, ten tijde van vrede, in 1870 afgeschaft. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd 152 maal de doodstraf opgelegd, waarvan er veertig door het vuurpeloton werd uitgevoerd. Voor 1870 werd de doodstraf regelmatig opgelegd. Dit kon door het zwaard of door ophanging. In de praktijk werd dit laatste toegepast. De executies in Friesland werden te Leeuwarden uitgevoerd. De spotnaam voor de Leeuwarders herinnert daar nog aan: galgelappers.

Op 23 maart 1860 werd Ype (Baukes) de Graaf uit Workum in het openbaar opgehangen. Deze executie, die op marktdag werd gehouden en veel publiek trok, was de laatste, die in vredestijd werd voltrokken, voordat de doodstraf werd afgeschaft. Ype (Baukes) de Graaf bracht de meeste tijd, die hij buiten de gevangenis doorbracht, in Harlingen door. Hij was al op jeugdige leeftijd op het slechte pad geraakt en op 18-jarige leeftijd wordt hij wegens herhaalde diefstal tot twee jaar tuchthuis veroordeeld. Hierna volgt al snel een tweede veroordeling: geseling met een strop om en 7 jaar tuchthuis. In 1843 wordt Ype veroordeeld tot geseling, brandmerking en 8 jaar tuchtschool. Na deze straf blijft hij drie jaar op vrije voeten om uiteindelijk toch weer tegen de lamp lopen. Vijf jaar tuchthuis en geseling was dit maal de straf.

In Harlingen, waar hij gedurende zijn vrije jaren verbleef, had hij kennis gekregen aan Aafke Monsma. Zij trouwden niet, maar toch kregen ze twee kinderen. Een van de kinderen overlijdt jong, de tweede is vijf jaar oud als haar vader in 1859 vrijkomt en weer naar zijn gezinnetje terug wil keren. Aafke wil echter niets meer van hem wil weten. Ype dringt aan, maar Aafke blijft weigeren.

Ype Baukes de Graaf druipt af, maar op de avond van vrijdag 2 september slijpt hij in de Spoketuin bij de Kerkpoortsbrug zijn mes aan beide kanten vlijmscherp. De volgende morgen al gaat hij heel vroeg naar de aardappelmarkt. Hij neemt aan dat Aafke daar aan het werk zal zijn. Harlingen kende toen nog vele grachten en waterlopen. Daarvan werd druk gebruik gemaakt om groente, aardappelen, turf en andere handelswaar met bargen aan te voeren. Ype treft Aafke op de Spekmarkt, waar ze met sjouwwerk bezig was. Hij loopt op haar toe en waarschuwt haar nog een maal met de woorden: "Aafke, beraad je". Aafke blijft weigeren. Hierop trekt Ype zijn mes en steekt zeven keer toe. "O, mien arm kien, mien arm kien", waren haar laatste woorden. Dokter Ansingh, die men te hulp heeft geroepen, kan niets meer doen.

Haar moordenaar was ondertussen de stad uitgevlucht, maar keerde al snel terug en deed alsof er niets gebeurd was. Politieman Westra herkent hem echter en houdt hem aan. Op weg naar het politiebureau dreigt de samengestroomde menigte aan te vallen. Agent Westra kan dit maar met moeite verhinderen. Op het bureau geeft Ype Baukes de Graaf al snel toe dat hij de moord heeft gepleegd. Verder vertelt hij ook van plan te zijn geweest zijn dochter te vemoorden. Daarna had hij zelfmoord willen plegen. Op 7 november 1859 werd Ype Baukes de Graaf door het Provinciaal Gerechtshof ter dood veroordeeld. Zijn verzoek om gratie aan Koning Willem III wordt afgewezen.
De uitdrukking "Aafke beraad je" werd daarna gebruikt om iemand, zij het gekscherend, ernstig te waarschuwen.

FRIES DAMMEN (OER-ALLES)

Het dammen is al eeuwen een geliefde bezigheid en kan overal worden gespeeld; op een club, in de trein, op het internet en gewoon thuis op de keukentafel. Oorspronkelijk bestond een dambord niet uit velden maar uit lijnen. Een van de oudste aanwijzingen voor het damspel vinden we in een Deens koningsgraf uit de vroege Middeleeuwen. Archeologen troffen naast de gebruikelijke grafgiften (wapens, sieraden en amuletten) ook een groot aantal witte en zwarte stenen. Ze zijn van glas en stammen uit het Romeinse Rijk. In de Middeleeuwen ontstond het dambord als veldenbord. Waarschijnlijk als reactie op de grote populariteit van het schaakspel. Een oorspronkelijke damvorm is moeilijk aan te wijzen.

In de loop der tijd ontstonden diverse varianten: Pools dammen, Canadees dammen, Italiaans dammen en Fries dammen. Het Fries dammen wordt op enkele plaatsen in Friesland nog gespeeld en de belangstelling is groeiende. Zo werd het spel ook tijdens Koninginnedag 2008 gedemonstreerd. Wel bijzonder is dat een Noord-Afrikaanse damvariant genaamd Zamma, gespeeld op een lijnenveld, veel overeenkomsten vertoond met Fries dammen.

Iets over de manier van spelen. Het Fries dammen wordt net als het internationale dammen op een gewoon bord gespeeld met twintig witte en twintig zwarte schijven. Zelfs het zetten gaat op dezelfde manier, namelijk schuin. Het schuin slaan zoals in het gewone damspel moet ook. Maar dat is niet de enige manier waarop bij het Fries dammen kan worden geslagen. A snuff film is a motion picture genre that depicts the actual murder of a person or people, without the aid of special effects, for the express purpose of distribution and entertainment or financial exploitation. Horrible things to see and a lot of screaming and blood, when fundamentalist saw off the head of an infidel. What a horrible way to go. Alien abductions are just a cover-up of all kind of weird experiments. In the movie “Man in Black” Will Smith has a tool, by which he can wipe out the memory of witnesses. During an “abduction” something like that happens. Memories are covered by worse ones; memories of pain, loud noise and sexual harassment. But those layers fade in time and especially in a time like this, when everything will be revealed. I hope you can stand this apocalypse. Everybody who has sold his soul to Satan, and making a snuff-movie is, should be careful in the future. Your might have the chance to act in a real one. Satan, then may be an illusion; there are enough, possesed humans, who will.

We research or better rearrange the world by destroying it. The 6 big Media-empires control the channels who transmit educational and informative programs on several terrains: history, nature (especellialy predators), extreme survival, the biggest building, warfare and of course betting and porn. These channels condition us to look at the world in a special way. That it is admirable, that elderly men in old cars rally across Europe, or 12 year old kids drive motorcycles. At least in 65% of the programs something in program explodes or gets killed. So we think that it is the natural way. This is how it works. Kill or be killed. Explode before you explode.

Last night I was watching a documentary about “Monsterfish”.

In a Texan harbourtown a “shark contest” was held. The participants had one week to catch the biggest shark. One of fishermen spotted a big, but very rare shark. After tracking it for 2 days, the animal got hooked. After a battle of more than 5 hours it gave up and just in time, they landed the shark.

They had won the contest. The animal was 20 feet long and weighed 700 pounds. Filled with pride, the crew took pictures next to the slain giant. That's how things go. In Texas, but all over the world. We accept a king who goes elephant shooting in Africa and go to a Chinese restaurant to order sharkfin-soupe.

In the Pacific millions of sharks are caught, have their fins cut of and are thrown back to drown. Big sharks are rare. The Japanese are catching whales for scientific purposes; for about 50 years now. The results are classified. I advise everybody, to watch the documentary “Midway”. Our society has lost sight on cycles, other dimensions and former lives. It is two-dimensional and it's only function is confusion and distraction. These prophesies are converging (the Nostradamus-effect). Why, because we live in the period of the Apocalypse, the time before the 2^nd coming of Christ, zo many Christians believe. The words of Jesus, when he describes the period before his return as a “time of wars and rumors of war”. As a concept, this perfectly fits. There is a war going on in Afghanistan, Congo and Syria. These wars have world-wide effects and lead to tensions, between Israel and Iran, Turkey and Syria, Israel and Gaza and to a high alert of the Western countries and the United States. The Arab world is in total disorder and China and Japan have territorial issues, that could easily explode. So have North and South Korea, India and China/Pakistan.

I always been a skeptic of (all kinds of) prophesy. When Jesus knew the old texts (and he did), he (or his entourage) could have organized that the prophesies were fulfilled. But prophesies about the end times, must be visible in our present global situation.

And they are!

The final stage of the battled between good and evil, is named in “Revelation”. The name of the battleground is called “Armageddon”, meaning “Megiddo”, and old fortress north of Jerusalem. Napoleon visited the site and called it “the best battlegrounds he knew. In the Bible millions of soldiers will meet here, under the leadership of the “Antichrist”. Blood will flow like a river, before Jesus returns from Heaven and decides the battle and binds evil, for at least 1000 years.

Building up armies takes a lot of time, money, preparation and planning. Rumors say that “Kaiser Wilhelm II” of Germany, wanted to stop his troops, only to here from his Chief of Staff, that it was impossible. “The trains are already on the move.” World War I was on its way.

This is possibly happening in this area right now. Armies from all over the world, including our own, are gathering and a solution, to the whole conflict in this region, seems far away. Bible prophesy in the making? The same stands for the prophet Jesaja. He wrote down, that Egyptians will fight Egyptians and that the city of Damascus, the capital of Syria will be destroyed. “There will be no city left.” Jesaja's prophesy about Egypt seemed fulfilled and the future of Damascus is constantly threatented by a raging civil war in Syria. Destruction of Damascus is a real possibility, escalation of this local conflict can easily lead to yet another fulfilment of yet another Bible prophesy.

THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT

The term “the Butterfly effect” refers to a holistic view on our world. Everything is part of a whole (with a greater significance). Everything is interconnected and relates to one another. As far as you go in your analysis, there alway is a connection. The disturbance created bij the wings of butterfly, will finally create a typhoon in the “Dragons Triangle”. These are patterns, that rule our world. Organizations (organisms, culture or civilization), so says the 2^nd law of thermodynamics, will slowly, but unstoppable turn into chaos. A “law” which is completely incompatible with the “Big-Bang-theory”. The birth of our universe was explosive and chaotic (incomprehensable), but slowly developed, over billions of years into our solar system, which is predictable, compact and will last 4ever. On the other hand modern science detects all kinds of threats and extinction level events, which will tumble our stable world, into disaster, destruction and annihilation. In short, we are programmed to believe in several horror-scenario's, which are about to happen. Exploding supervolcanoes, solar storms, destructive pole-shifts, asteroid impacts, greenhouse gasses, giant tsunami's or just a simple world-war.

We are creating this future, out of fear and misunderstanding willingly and knowingly by destroying all the natural connections. How? Bij killing the bees, the birds, the butterflies, the trees, the plankton and all of the vulnerable and neglected “basics” of our world. By progressively polluting the oceans, the air and the planet. Even outer-space and the moon! This opens a “Pandora's Box” of evil, annihilation and the extintion of humanity.

Auditive levitation is a fact. Tibetan monks can levitate a 2000 pound stone into the air and place it where ever they wanted it to. They did so by chanting, singing, trumpets and resonanting on different frequencies. The effect influenced the gravity-emissions of the stone. Turned them around, so to say. This is the way the pyramids were build, the temples and monuments, all over the world. Healing by sound is a fact. But we don't see the possibilities, because of all the noise and electronic waves. Antigravity is a fact, so is free (zero-point) energy. Nicola Tesla's superbeams are active, while several inventions and proto-types, producing cheap and non-polluting energy are available, but they don't stand a chance against the motorlobby. People even get killed! We have a brain, that is an energetic machine. This “machine” is capable of storing every bit of information, every emotion and situation, you ever had. And it has the capability to reflect on this and handle the data in a quantum-like way (using wormholes in your mind). This can be learned, but strangely enough, not in public schools (in this era). Human beings can live as long as Methusalem (900+), if they eat the right food, treat their body and brains well and get the right minerals and metals (silver, gold, platinum), they lead very long and healthy lives. People have an intuitive radar and can identify and feel with other. Telepathy is common among “indigo-children”, but adults have the capability to learn and trust their 6^th sense. Humans have the gift to grow food, to feed the whole world. Human beings even possess the capability to teleport themselves to other places, using their concentration and imagination. But why does it not happen? Why is this dreamworld not our reality? What is keeping us, why does it seem so far away

Imagine, a world without cars, aero planes, military, hospitals, constructors and builders, bad teachers, gas stations, oil refineries, chemical plants, atomic energy, transport companies, pipelines in the Arctic, medicine, conflicts, lawyers and policemen? To name a few. This will make us "better", spiritually fulfilling our possibilities and tasks. Almost everything is in place. What is keeping us. It seems, there cannot be any losers.

WAS EVA ADAM'S EERSTE VROUW

De Bijbel is een funderend document en bepalend voor het sociale verkeer, de maatschappelijke organisatie en de persoonlijke groei en verantwoording in tientallen landen, verspreid over de gehele aardbol. In het Scheppingsverhaal (Genesis, het eerste boek van Moses)lopen een aantal verhaallijnen door elkaar en zijn volgens sommigen zelfs fragmenten weggelaten. In Genesis 1:27 schept God man en vrouw naar zijn aangezicht, om even verderop (Genesis 2:22) de vrouw uit de rib van Adam te scheppen. Dit leidt tot een zekere opstandigheid bij Eva, ze laat zich verleiden tot het eten van een verboden vrucht om vervolgens Adam over te halen hetzelfde te doen. (In de Koran kiezen beiden) In zijn toorn straft God hen en stoot ze uit het Paradijs. De zondeval is geboren. En de tegenstelling man - vrouw manifesteert zich in de loop van de kerkelijke geschiedenis in Europa steeds duidelijker. De mannelijke dominantie in dit deel van onze werkelijkheid heeft absurde vormen aangenomen en moedigt discriminatie en uitbuiting van de vrouw aan. Eva's erfenis ligt ons nog steeds zwaar op de maag. De Bijbel is een samenvatting van een samenvatting van talloze religieuze geschriften, die in de eeuwen voor en na het sterven van Jezus, in het Mediterane gebied produceerd, gekopiëerd en verspreid werden. In de vierde eeuw krijgt de Bijbel onder druk van de (bekeerde) Romeinse keizer Constantijn een "definitieve" vorm. Deze besluiten zijn genomen op het roemruchte Concilie van Nicae. Vandaar de naam Rooms, is Romeins,-Katholiek. De kerk ging gebruik maken van het bureaucratische apparaat, dat de Romeinen in hun hele Imperium hadden opgebouwd.

Er zijn echter verhalen, gestaafd door oude, met name Joodse, bronnen, die verslag doen van het eerste huwelijk, dat door Onze Lieve Heer werd gearrangeerd. Dit werd niet gesloten tussen Adam en Eva, maar tussen Adam en Lilith. Dit is de vrouw uit de eerste creatie van de man en vrouw door God uit de dezelfde aarde. Tussen die twee boterde het echter niet. Met name op sexueel gebied voelde Lilith zich tekort gedaan. Ze eiste gelijkwaardigheid. Adam was doof voor haar pleidooien en wilde haar tenslotte dwingen. Lilith sprak de geheime naam van God en verdween uit zijn armen. Lilith verandert daarna in een demonische vrouwelijk energie, die bezit van mensen kan nemen, mannen verleidt en vrouwen op het slechte pad brengt. Engelen proberen haar over te halen om terug te keren. Maar ze weigert om God te gehoorzamen. Deze straft haar. Elke dag zullen 100 van haar kinderen sterven. Ze besluit echter om wraak te nemen op de nazaten van Eva. De tweede verbintenis van Adam, ditmaal met een vrouw, die hem wel ondergeschikt was. In Middeleeuwse terminologie was Lilith een succubus, een demonische vrouwlijke macht, die verleidde, vernietigde en tweedracht bracht. Het geloof in het bestaan van Lilith vinden we terug in het woord lullaby. Dit betekent Lilith abide (Lilith blijf weg) en het werd gezongen, omdat men vreesde dat de slapende, onschuldige kinderen maar ook zwangere vrouwen en huwbare mannen ten prooi vielen aan de influisteringen van deze demon, die heden ten dage in heksenkringen nog steeds wordt aanbeden.

DE BERMUDA-DRIEHOEK: Flight 19

Begin december 1945 vertrok een formatie van vijf torpedobommenwerpers van Fort Lauderdale (Florida) voor een oefenvlucht. Vlucht 19 moest oefenbommen afwerpen en daarna via een bepaalde route terugkeren naar de kust. Aanvoerder van de formatie is de ervaren piloot Charles Taylor. Naast de piloot bestaat de bemanning uit een navigator en een schutter. Eén van de boordschutters heeft een onaangenaam voorgevoel over deze vlucht en hij meldt zich ziek. Maar ook captain Taylor voelt zich niet tot vliegen in staat. Een verzoek om dispensatie wordt afgewezen. Al na twee uur ontstaan de eerste problemen. Taylor meldt dat zijn kompassen het niet meer doen en dat hij de weg kwijt is.

Een tegemoetkomend legervliegtuig gevlogen door Robert Cox hoort het gesprek. Hij neemt contact op met Taylor. Na wat adviezen verbreekt Taylor de verbinding. Hij weet nu weer waar hij zich bevindt. Ondanks dat blijft hij koers zetten in de richting van de oceaan, in plaats van het vasteland. Langs de gehele westkust worden de signalen van Taylor en zijn gesprekken met de andere piloten gespannen gevolgd. De signalen worden zwakker, waaruit blijkt dat de toestellen van hen af vliegen. Hun ondergang tegemoet.
Het laatste dat van Vlucht 19 is vernomen, zijn de instructies van Taylor. "Als er een vliegtuig zonder benzine komt te zitten, landen we allemaal op zee." De Amerikaanse Luchtmacht stuurt onmiddellijk een Martin-watervliegtuig om de vliegtuigen te zoeken. Ook met dit vliegtuig raakt het contact abrupt verbroken. Van de vijf bommenwerpers en het watervliegtuig is, ondanks een grote zoekoperatie geen enkel spoor gevonden.
Zevenentwintig Amerikaanse militairen kwamen die nacht om het leven. Als dit dramatische ongeval niet had plaatsgevonden, dan was er waarschijnlijk geen Bermuda driehoek geweest. Deze driehoek, 500.000 km2, loopt van Miami, naar Bermuda en vervolgens naar Puerto Rico. Dit gebied was al berucht om de schepen, die er spoorloos zijn verdwenen of die er zonder bemanning, ongeschonden, zijn aangetroffen. Hieronder waren kleine zeiljachten, maar ook Amerikaanse oorlogsbodems en koopvaardijschepen.
Over de afgelopen eeuwen is het aantal tot enkele duizenden gegroeid. Ook zijn er honderden vliegtuigen verloren geraakt. Ook komen er extreme weersomstandigheden voor. Extreme golven kunnen schepen tot zinken brengen en vliegtuigen kunnen onverwacht verzeild raken in heftige stormen en windhozen. Maar aan deze natuurlijke verklaringen hebben sommigen niet genoeg. Ook zij hebben waarnemingen en ervaringen verzameld van reizigers in de Driehoek. Een aantal piloten rapporteert, dat ze, nadat ze in een wolk waren gevlogen, electromagnetische krachten ondergingen. Verlieten ze de wolk, dan was de reistijd drastisch ingekort. Ook schepen hadden die ervaringen. Men maakte sprongen in de tijd. Ook maakten kompassen en andere instrumenten de raarste kapriolen.
Dit meldt Christoffer Columbus al op zijn eerste reis! Daarnaast schrijft de ontdekker van de Nieuwe Wereld in zijn logboek waarnemingen op van vreemde lichten, dag en nacht, aan de hemel. Ufo's of liever Uso's? Er zijn tot op heden diverse meldingen gedaan van vliegende schotels, die uit het water opstegen in de Driehoek of die er zelfs onder water verdwenen. Zou hier een ontmoetingspunt kunnen zijn van buitenaardse bezoekers?

Als dit zo is, dan ligt een connectie met Atlantis voor de hand. Over de gehele wereld zijn er plekken aangewezen, waar het mysterieuze Atlantis, beschreven door Plato, zich heeft bevonden, voordat het onder water verdween. Eén daarvan is het gebied van de Bahama's, met als middelpunt Bimini. Er zijn vreemde constructies en stenen wegen onder water gevonden. De Atlantiden beschikten over een hoogwaardige technologie, die gedeeltelijk nog operatief zou kunnen zijn of zelfs (opnieuw) bewoond. Edgar Cayce, de fenomenale Amerikaanse helderziende, heeft voorspeld, dat Atlantis op die plek zou herrijzen. Het jaar waarop dit zou plaatsvinden, 1968, is al lang verstreken. Mysterieuze verdwijningenen en bizarre ervaringen zijn tot op heden, aan de orde van de dag.

De Bethelsteen

Op bovenstaande afbeelding ziet U de Bethel Stone. Ongeveer ter grootte van een baksteen. Met twee ringen om hem op te tillen. Dit is niet de enige Bethel Stone, er zijn grotere exemplaren en er zijn verschillende benamingen. En er zijn ooggetuige verslagen, dat er van de orginele steen, alleen een paar fragmenten over zouden zijn. In de Bijbel staat het verhaal van Jakob, die de steen als hoofdkussen gebruikte. Hij kreeg tijdens zijn slaap een visioen van een ladder die naar de hemel reikte. Hij noemde de plaats waar hij zich te rusten had begeven "Huis van God", Bethel. Jakob, zoon van Isaäc en Rebecca, was op de vlucht voor zijn tweelingbroer Esau. Hij zou op slinkse wijze het eerstgeboren-recht van Esau verworven hebben. Jakob werd later Israël genoemd. Wat, strijder van God, betekent. Het bijbelverhaal staat bol van de complotten en intriges. Rond de Bethelsteen zelf, als kronings-steen in Engeland gebruikt, zijn ook de nodige mysteries.

Destiny: Bestemming, noodlot, lot.

American Destiny: De heilige taak van de Verenigde Staten om de democratie over de wereld te verspreiden en te stimuleren.

Stone of Destiny:
“En deze steen,
die ik tot een opgerichte steen gesteld heb,
zal een huis Gods wezen,
en van alles wat Gij mij schenken zult,
zal ik u stipt de tienden geven.”
Genesis: 28-22

Jakob vertrok uit Berseba en ging naar Haran. Toen de zon onderging zocht hij een slaapplaats. Toen hij die gevonden had, nam hij een steen om zijn hoofd op te leggen en viel in slaap. In een droom zag hij een ladder tussen de aarde en de hemel, waarlangs de engelen Gods afdaalden. Bovenaan staat de Here en spreekt tot Jakob. Hij bevestigt het verbond met Abraham en Izaäk en belooft hem het land waarop hij ligt en dat zijn nazaten naar alle windstreken zullen uitbreiden.”... want ik zal U niet verlaten, totdat ik gedaan heb, wat Ik u heb toegezegd.” (Gen.28:15). 's Morgens richt Jakob de steen op, waardoor een geheiligde plek ontstond. De steen was belangrijk omdat het rechtstreeks met God in contact is geweest. Deze steen wordt wel de “Bethelsteen” genoemd, naar de plaats waar Jakob sliep. Het geloof ontstond, dat degene die de steen in zijn bezit had, door God zou worden gezegend en gewettigd was om te heersen. Daarom wordt de steen ook wel de “Stone of Destiny” genoemd. De profeet Jeremiah zou de steen naar Schotland hebben gebracht. De steen kreeg een plek, onder een daarvoor speciaal gebouwde troon. Hierop werden daarna de Schotse koningen gekroond. Een oud rijm luidt:

“Except old seers do feign,

and wizard wits be blind.

The Scots in place must reign,

where they, this Stone shall find.”

In 1296 versloeg koning Edward I de Schotten. Eén van de eerste opdrachten die hij gaf, was het transporteren van de steen naar Westminster Abbey. Opnieuw werd een speciale troon gebouwd en vanaf dat moment werden alle Engelse koningen en koninginnen op deze steen gekroond. De laatste keer dat dit gebeurde was in 1953, toen Elisabeth de Tweede werd gekroond. Tot veler verassing besloot de Koninklijke Familie in 1979 de steen terug te geven aan Schotland. Deze kreeg een plaats in Edinburgh Castle. Voor een nieuwe kroning zou de steen nog wel mogen worden gebruikt. De steen had nu de naam “Foundation stone”gekregen. Het fundament en de legitimering van het Engelse Imperium. Wolfram von Eschenbach gebruikte het thema in zijn Parzival. Hier noemt hij de steen “de Graal”, een ander voorwerp uit de christelijke mystiek. Wagner gebruikte het verhaal in een opera, die uiteindelijk de lievelingsopera van Adolf Hitler zou worden. Volgens veel Schotten is de steen in Edingburgh een kopie. De Engelsen zouden het origineel nooit afstaan. Het mysterie reikt echter verder. Volgens sommige Schotten was de steen die Edward I had buitgemaakt al nep. De originele steen is eeuwenlang in Schotland verborgen, om vervolgens naar de Nieuwe Wereld te verhuizen. De steen met al haar toegeschreven macht en betekenis zou zich in de Verenigde Staten bevinden. De steen zou de “Foundation stone” van de nieuwe Amerikaanse republiek worden, de legitimering van het streven naar een wereldheerschappij.

En dan is er nog de Nederlandse Jakobs Ladder. Dit was een lopende band die in de veenkoloniën werd gebruikt, om de vers afgestoken turfjes uit de veenputten te transporteren.
